Return Policy

  1. All returns are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee.
  2. Items will not be accepted for credit if installation was attempted. Only brand new items will be accepted in original box.
  3. Topsonline.com will not accept delivery of items shipped to us without a return authorization.
  4. Contact our customer service department within 30 days of receipt of shipment to obtain return authorization. Returns not accepted after 30 days of receipt.
    Please note that any Installation Video purchase (DVD or Streaming) is not eligible for refund.
  5. Our product must be folded carefully and returned in the same condition it was received and in the original box. Special attention must be given to tops with plastic windows. Always pack tissue around the window. Make sure not to crease the window.
  6. If TopsOnline makes a mistake: We will gladly correct our mistakes at no additional shipping cost to our customers.
  7. Our liability is limited to refunding the purchase price of the merchandise or replacement of the product upon its return. Under no circumstances we will be responsible for any other form of consequential damage.
  8. Sometimes special situations arise. These situations will be handled on an individual basis.
